i have heard the stories of st.john and needing 4 wheel drive,but what about st.thomas...i have a reservation for a regular car..will i need a 4 wheel drive..we are staying at sapphire,plan to go to coki beach,magens,some shoping,st. johns for a day..thanks,paul

A small front wheel drive vehicle is fine. We've never used a 4WD even on St. John but then again we don't go off road. A 2WD on St. Thomas has always gotten us where we wanted to go and back again. There are a couple of places that you might need a running start if you have a car load of people.
