Hello all!

I am coming down to STT for 10 days in June to see my father, who is a boatie moored near Yacht Haven Grande. We will be taking a side trip to the BVIs for 4 days on a friend's boat. I am interested in hearing from others who have been there and have suggestions on where to go and what to see. The following is a list of places we know we are going to, but I am open to suggestions for other places, too.

1. The Baths at Virgin Gorda
2. The Caves and the Indians at Norman Island for snorkeling, capped off by a drink on the Willie T
3. Bomba's on Tortola for the Full Moon Party on June 18th!!
4. Ivan's, Foxy's, and the Soggy Dollar on Jost Van Dyke

Any information on good places to go that are accessible by boat and do not require taxis would be appreciated. (I know we will have to get a taxi to Bomba's) We will be staying on the boat, so hotels will not be an issue. We plan on eating breakfast and lunch on the boat, but will be going out for dinner most nights, so restaurant suggestions are welcome. I would also love to get information on good snorkeling and easy dive locations.

Much love to all who post.

I can't wait. . .52 more days!!!

You are pretty much covered as far as what you can see and do in four days. I would have to say if you are going to only do one dive in the four days then dive The Rhone. You can actually work out a rendezvous dive with someone like Dive BVI were they will meet you there, bring tanks and or rental gear and do the dive.

Try a dinner at Cooper Is. Beach Club -- great snorkeling there at Cistern Pt.
North Sound in Virgin Gorda -- Bitter End, Biras Creek , Saba Rock --- all good food
Cane Garden Bay -- Quito's dinner and tunes
Deadmans Bay Peter Is. just beautiful

Katiesam-

I googled Sandy Spit last night. Is this the island that is featured in the Corona commercials? I showed a few co-workers the website, and boy, are they jealous!

Thanks to all for the great suggestions.
