Sadly, we are leaving soon and I have a couple questions.
Where is the best place to buy souvenirs in STT (best = wide selection & cheap)?
Where is the best place to buy cartons of cigarettes (again selection & cheap)?

The Captain's Corner stores (Main St, Waterfront, Havensight, etc) have the largest selection of STT souvenirs, with prices starting at less than $2. Caribana and Purple Papaya on Main Street are also good. In Havensight there are also the Carnival Stores (not to be confused with Carnival Cruise Lines!) Many people recommend the Vendors' Plaza in town for t-shirts. KMart also has souvenirs (mugs, playing cards, shot glasses, etc.)

I wish I didn't know anything about cigarettes. My wife is an expert unfortunately. I believe we could fund another trip or two here with the $ she spends on them - not that Im bitter or anything (!).
Tobacco Discounters in Havensight (Port of Sale, actually) or K-mart will be your best prices for smokes.
Then drive up to the top of Paradise Point and go to the Pirate's Chest. Voted several years in a row as the best souvenirs. Ask for the "Marty Discount" and you will get a small discount....unless Sean's not working, that is...then tell the girl to call him! Haha!
We have found the best price on cigarettes is at Plaza Extra at TuTu Park Mall. They are about 16$/carton.
