We are thinking of renting a villa in St. Thomas for a week next automn.
We will need 2 bedrooms and a nice place.
Concerning the location, we were thinking of somewhere not too far from Charlotte Amalie, since we like to go out for dinner.
House should be child friendly as well, well appointed, not too old,with swimmingpool.
If there are more than two bedrooms, we will use only two, but they should be under the same roof.
Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
How old are your children?
2 or 3 bedrooms with a pool and close to CA area...
Pelican View (2br - this is a little farther west, but the drive to CA from this area is MUCH easier than the drive from the east end)
Allure (on Peterborg - has 3 bedrooms, but 2 are accessed via interior and the thirs is exterior- since you only need 2, this shouldn't matter - children over 12 only)
Carefree (3 bedrooms, master suite upstairs, two other bedrooms downstairs - all within - this one is in Mahogany Run Golf Club)
Crosswinds (3 bedrooms, Peterborg area, not sure of the layout - never visited)
Maison Veldkamp (3 BRS, near town (I like this location), all bedrooms under one roof, not sure how far apart they are within the home - If your children are small, you'll probably want them very close by, right? )
Quintessence (3BRS, Peterborg, all BRS on main level!! give this one serious thought)
Stargate (Peterborg, 3BRS, one of the best locations!)
We have a two bedroom villa for rent ~Hide Away Villa~ I it is 2 miles from Red Hook, which has 11 resturaunts and bars, and a good location for a family vacation. One bedroom has a queen size bed, the other two full, it has a large outdoor patio, great room, full ktichen, and three full bathroom, walking distance to beach and pool.
