We are considering St James Bay House Villa, the pics look great. We have Teenagers (4 including friends) ages 16-19. I hope this will be ok for them. I want to relax without thinking about their safety. I read some of the threads, I am very greatful I came across this sight, they are wonderful.

Is where your staying on the east end, west end, middle ?
We never had a problem anywhere we were
St. James Bay House Villa is on the East End; the teens will appreciate its nearness to Red Hook activities. The community wherein the villa sits is gated, limiting the amount of traffic in the area. I expect you'll have a great time!

We are renting from Carribeanway, have you ever used them? They have been excellent, staff is very nice. The house is a little pricey. We have one kid in college and the other is starting their first year in the fall. So we decided to have one more family vacation before we are empty nesters. I wanted a nice trip for them to remember while the are away or is it for me?
