Carambola is a beautiful venue with a wonderful white sand beach. You can snorkel from the beach at the resort or head a few miles east to Cane Bay.

The hotel has a restaurant and a bar that also has food. The Full Moon Bar at Cane Bay has food, as does Off the Wall a quarter mile further east.

If you head into Christiansted, there are loads of restaurants and you can find complete lists of suggestions by using the Search function on this website using keywords like RESTAURANTS and STX to bring up suggested conversation threads. Some suggestions for Frederiksted restaurants are there also.

Hello,

Good snorkeling at Cane Bay, Chenay Bay, Coakley, take a boat trip over to Buck Island, also great snorkeling if you want to hike down to Jack & Isaac Bays. If you are dive certified or interested in taking an intro. class you could do that also, St. Croix is known for great diving.

Places to eat: Fort Christian Brew Pub, Terrace Restaurant at Buccaneer, RumRunners, Bombay Club... Lots of good places to eat on St. Croix.

Dance - not sure, Crucians where do you guys go to dance on St. Croix?
