2 years ago I saw surfers in Hart Bay. It's a pretty shallow bay and very reefy (which probably accounts for the break) and I can't imagine wiping out...

The Westin will allow you to use their beach and chairs at no cost, and will also serve you drinks on the beach. IMO, it's not one of the nicer beache...
